What does MRPX do? MRPX Technologies is a small engineering company focused on robotics simulation, digital twins, and virtual commissioning. We help teams answer engineering questions in simulation before committing more time and cost to physical deployment.
What is a Robot Simulation Sprint? A fixed-scope engagement around one robot, one defined scenario, and one engineering question. Typical starting point: $2,000 for a well-scoped sprint — not a price for every project.
What is virtual commissioning? Testing a planned robot cell or automation scenario in simulation before physical installation — reachability, collisions, paths, layouts, sequences, and cycle time. MRPX does not replace full PLC commissioning, safety certification, or professional engineering review.
Do I need complete files to start? No. Tell us the robot, environment, and the engineering question you need answered. Upload CAD, URDF, USD, ROS packages, photos, or whatever you have.
Is this a self-serve software product? No. MRPX is a productized engineering service supported by reusable hosted simulation infrastructure. You do not need to sign up for a SaaS platform before talking with us.
Can the simulation stay online after delivery? Yes. A Hosted Validation Twin keeps the environment available for reviews, demos, reruns, and later updates. That is a simulation twin today — not automatically a live operational digital twin unless telemetry integration is scoped.
What about the surgical robotics demo? A technology demonstration of MRPX infrastructure — not the product you must buy. View the example.
